A home warranty is a service contract that covers the repair or replacement of many of the most frequently occurring breakdowns of home systems and appliances. There are different types of coverage plans for various options. You must specify what systems and appliances you want covered.
When you write an offer ask the Seller to purchase the home warranty, be specific about what the home warranty should cover - this assists you with your investment and the comfort of affordable repairs should the need arise!
